Statement
Hi, I'm Megan Charlton. I specialise in digital illustration as well as editorial design and I'm particularly interested in the magical and mythological. I hope you enjoy looking at my work!
Independent Project: Rhapsode
My final major project was focused on bringing attention to both local and international folklore to specific audiences. For young people, a magazine celebrating different stories about werewolves and lycanthropy across the globe. An on-site and digital campaign was created for older people to discover (or re-discover) the folk tales around an important landmark near them; in this case, Penshaw Monument in Sunderland. These two aspects are united under the brand of Rhapsode.
