My work focuses on customer experience in the fashion industry. It shows how luxury wear brands can provide the same experience on their online platforms, in this era of digitalisation.

From luxury Retail to Digital Luxury Retail: How can the brands provide same customer experience?

Entering the world of digital retail has always been hard for the luxury sector. While studies in the past have focused on the challenges, purchasing behaviour and customer services, none have focused on customer experience. This study provides a solution towards how the luxury brands can provide the same traditional in store experience on their digital platforms. It identifies and campares the physical retail and digital retail customer experience in this sector.
